Veteran skater Kolton Kane joins Outlaws

Isanti Outlaws have added a veteran forward to the mix for 2022-23. Kolton Kane, who played with the NA3 champion Rochester Grizzlies last season, has committed to the Outlaws and coach Don Babineau.

Kane posted seven points in 27 games in 2021-22. Prior to his Junior rookie season Kane played his prep hockey with the Sioux City Metros as well as AAA hockey with the Sioux Falls Power program.

"We are happy to have Kolton on board for the season," commented Babineau. "He has that winning mentality which we like. He has been a part of a championship last season so he understands what it takes from start to finish. He plays with energy and makes smart plays on both ends of the ice. I think he could put up some impressive numbers and be a big difference maker for us. We look for Kolten to bring his veteran leadership to help us this season a success."
