Jaxon Jones won't be traveling far when he makes his Junior hockey debut this fall. The 2022 Cambridge-Isanti High graduate has committed to the Isanti Outlaws for 2022-23 USPHL season.

A three year varsity skater for the Bluejackets, Jones scored nine goals along with 15 assists during his senior season.

"Another local player that comes to us after just a game away from the State Tournament," mentioned Don Babineau. "Jaxon attended both of our showcase teams this past couple months and definitely brings energy and grit. Always positive and you can already tell he is a great teammate. He understands we are on a mission and we feel he will be a big part of our team's success."

"I'm really excited to continue my hockey career here in my hometown but for the love of the game and playing alongside an already tight knit group," said Jones. "After skating in the showcases I immediately knew this is what I wanted to do. We seemed to have a group that clicked. Definitely looking forward to get the season underway"
