Goaltender Sucher re-signs with Isanti

by Scott Ludwig

19-year old goaltender Tristan Sucher will be returning to Isanti for the 2022-23 season. The Missouri native played 10 games last season after transitioning from playing prep hockey at Holt High School in Wentzville.

"Isanti is a great junior hockey town and I am super thrilled to be able to come back and help contribute to bring a winning program to town that supports us so much," commented Sucher. "I know the expectations are extremely high this season and no doubt we will do big things this year."

Head coach Don Babineau praised the commitment of Sucher, saying, "Tristan wanted to be here from day one. He understands our mission and has agreed to another season of junior hockey here in Isanti. He has potential to be a factor this year with the hard work he will continue to bring day in day out. His teammates have all the respect for him. We look for Tristan to be a big part of our success this season from top to bottom"
